Market data license
Quote pages, chart summaries, AI market context, and related dataset-style metadata on InvySmart are provided for public research and discovery under a proprietary InvySmart content license. The data and page content may be viewed and linked for normal browsing and search indexing, but may not be bulk copied, republished, redistributed, resold, or used to create a competing market-data product without prior written permission.
No investment advice
InvySmart provides tools and information for research and education. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your investment decisions.
Accounts
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
  • Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt availability.
  • Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is a security risk, policy violation, or illegal activity.
Lifetime plan
“Lifetime” means access for as long as the InvySmart service is available. If the service is discontinued or becomes unavailable, Lifetime access ends and no refund is due solely because the service is no longer available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvySmart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
